2009/136/EC

The Directive 2009/136 is the successor to the “E-privacy directive”. Although this directive’s focus is placed on the end-user’s desktop, some cloud providers might find themselves confronted with this directive through Virtual Device Infrastructures (VDI). Due to its focus on the privacy aspects of the relation between citizens and websites, it has been placed out of scope for the cloudcontrols.org project.
